Our procurement managers are responsible for ensuring that the business purchases the goods and services that will best help to achieve its goals. For instance, finding supplier partners that strike a balance between quality and cost. Additionally, they are tasked to review past purchases to evaluate vendor effectiveness, compliance and the business’s return on investment. They are also referred to as purchasing managers and work closely with finance, legal, operations and contract departments.
